About Us
HeadRoomz is a membership-based subscription service to a professional networking club that caters to like-minded doctors, traveling nurses, interns and students.
Our club locations provide access to mentorship and networking opportunities while also serving as a budget-friendly alternative to traditional renting. While HeadRoomz members are almost exclusively working professionals and interns/students seeking a temporary housing solution, it is important to remember that HeadRoomz is not a landlord and club members are not tenants.
Registration dates are flexible and are based on a monthly subscription agreement (Concierge, Signature and Standard). There is a Flex Cancelation Policy (prorated weekly rate) during the first two weeks of membership only for traveling nurses whose contract is cancelled unexpectedly and for medical students whose hospital rotation changes last minute.
No additional or surprise fees, no broker fee and no security deposit required.
Our Home
Caduceus House is centered around safety, community, connection and has the feel of a university dormitory. Each HeadRoomz member has exclusive access to a private furnished room with its own en-suite bathroom as well as a dedicated parking space. Members share common areas such as the kitchen, living room, workout area and laundry facilities with other club members.
This is a quiet and luxuriously designed private home. Each room includes a platform bed frame, plush pillowtop mattress, pillows, sheets, blanket, towels, desk and chair, mini fridge, wardrobe, dresser, smart TV and free high-speed WiFi.
Floors are separated by sex. Each room has a digital door lock and is designed with privacy in mind.
The property is located in the Carhart Homestead neighborhood and is minutes away from the White Plains hospital, the downtown area and is conveniently located close to shopping malls, restaurants and public transportation.
